Equipment composition
This production line is composed of melting furnace and holding furnace (customer can provide it), five-wheel continuous caster, double-active traction straightening and marking machine, billet rolling shear and stacking machine.
Equipment features
The process mode of this production line is the most advanced production mode in the industry at present. The continuous casting process is used to produce lead ingots, which can replace the traditional chain casting equipment.
1. The quality of lead ingot is good. The closed cooling crystallization process reduces the surface oxidation of lead ingot.
2. The output is high, which is two to three times of the traditional process.
